With years of experience as an architect in the United Kingdom, Stefan knows about structural integrity and practices it too. His is a solid foundation. One that, upon his arrival to Cayman in 2012, quickly catapulted him to the top of island real estate and landed him on the international stage for sales and marketing shortly after.

Hardworking and creative, Stefan is a driven innovator. A set of skills that lead him to start Property Cayman, a bold venture, so early in his career, no less. But his ambition goes well beyond the 9 to 5. Stefan is an avid member of CrossFit Seven Mile, a long-standing mentor with the Cayman Islands Big Brother Big Sister Program, and a Cayman rugby star most recently turned golf student. For Stefan, it’s about maximizing success. Whether on the rugby pitch, out in the community, or within a real estate transaction, his focus remains the same – be the difference.

The Difference

I sent an inquiry to Stefan and had a response back within 30 minutes and was on a call with him 5 minutes after that. Following an extensive phone call in which Stefan interviewed me to determine all my preferences. He asked if it would be ok to call me back shortly with some other options. Within the hour, Stefan called me back and had three options. Due to the fact, the island was in lock down, and I could not physically walk the property, Stefan made extraordinary efforts to ensure I got a detailed review of the property and surrounding area. We made an offer, and Stefan worked through multiple rounds of negotiation. We closed on the property 14 days later. It was a seamless process managed by a caring, honest and hardworking professional.
