To us, island living is about so much more than just real estate. It’s the people, the culture, the lifestyle, the breath of fresh (coastal) air. Meeting new people and strengthening existing relationships, we take pride in opening doors — literally and figuratively speaking.
With over 85 years of combined experience in the industry, and the track record to make a lasting impression, we don’t need to tell you twice that we know what we’re doing. Island culture may be laid back, but the culture behind our team is forward thinking; using digital to reach beyond our shores and turn ‘maybe one day’s’ into sure things; recruiting experts in-house to market consistently to those looking for homes; and understanding not only vendor, but buyer perspectives that helps put pen to paper, sooner.

We’re looking for people who are keen to make a change. So, if you’re excited by the thought of redefining real estate, we’re on the same page.

No stranger to the building of impressive structures (and businesses), Michael was inspired by the success of his Architect father while growing up in the Cayman Islands. As dedicated to adventure as he was to his career; he spent his youth exploring far corners of the island and dedicated summer holidays to working on job sites from a young age. With an interest in language, marketing and communications, Michael studied in the UK, France, Spain and US before sailing the globe and returning home with a perspective as diverse as his travels.
After starting his career in merchant banking, Michael made a bold career change to combine his love of marketing with his passion for property by joining RE/MAX Cayman Islands. Operating as a real estate agent, his unique approach allowed him to develop a name on the island as prominent as his selling portfolio. Branding his business as Property Cayman and generating an unprecedented amount of individual sales, Michael sought to build a team whose strategy was a strong as their sales results — and started this journey with the support of an executive assistant; the talented Carol Ann Balls in 2012.
Stefan chose to embark on a new adventure in Cayman after the completion of his Architecture Degree from the University of Sheffield, England. Stefan’s innovative marketing, hard work ethic and genuine nature quickly helped him make a name for himself in Cayman real estate – one that quickly caught the eye of the island and Michael alike.
Michael and Stefan shared a mutual respect for each other’s values, a mutual love for the island and a mutual ambition for success. They quickly realised that they also shared a vision for the future of real estate in the Cayman Islands — one that could be executed through excellent people, and a passion for lifestyle. The Property Cayman team are the driving force behind the business’s growth; with Jennifer, Jude, Kate, Carol-Ann, Louise, Seb, Colleen, Courtney, Mariasol, Kellie, Nancy, Leah, Christina, Petra, and Jenna all making the difference.
