Growing up in Bodden Town, attending University College of the Cayman Islands, and working in the island’s capital, Kellie knows the ins and outs of Cayman. And with a degree in business administration and six years of client services in Cayman’s financial industry, she quickly learned the ropes as a transaction coordinator and first mate to Carol Ann Balls.

A captain of customer service, she delivers an experience of competence and quality every time—the by-product being: a feeling of effortless plain sailing for the client.
