Pets are like family, and sometimes, even better! The world would be a better place if everyone started their day with a smooch from their pooch, right? Well, maybe not a big slobbery smooch but we'd at least like a morning stroll on the beach with our doggie or our morning coffee sitting on a beach-side balcony with a cat on our lap. But sometimes this can be trickier to find in Cayman than you might have hoped. We know from painful experience how difficult it can be to find somewhere suitable to buy or rent that will allow pets. To make your life easier we have put together a list of complexes on Seven Mile Beach that allow pets. Did you know, complexes that allow pets on average sell for higher than those that don't – it’s a win-win for landlords AND tenants! On the flip-side, if you buy into a complex that doesn't allow pets it can be trickier to find a buyer when you come to sell.
