The perfect place to coast through the days (on the coast, naturally), West Bay takes suburban bliss to the next level. One of Cayman’s older residential districts situated north of the infamous Seven Mile Beach stretch, this area is largely made up of residential spaces. And while the area may be situated on the westside of the island, its lifestyle is front and centre; with winding tree-lined streets, a true island feel, and a wide variety of properties ranging from small family homes to luxury estates, condos and land.

Located just outside of West Bay, trading front porches for private canals, you’ll find neighbourhoods such as Governor’s Harbour, Snug Harbour, Canal Point and Crystal Harbour (and it doesn’t take much to sea the difference). Close proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Camana Bay. Convenient grocery shopping, retail and lifestyle stores abound. This area of Grand Cayman is also a boater’s dream, with a small selection of waterfront homes and condominiums directly on the North Sound, making waves in the local real estate scene.
