There are 176 real estate agents in the Cayman Islands. The Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA) strictly regulates its members and helps to ensure the highest standards of expertise and ethics in all dealings. The Association also ensures that those realtors who are members work together and accordingly any CIREBA member real estate agent has access to all properties listed for sale in the multiple listing system. Only members of CIREBA have full access to this information for them to use for the benefit of their clients. There are stringent rules as to commission structures and the like ensuring only the very highest standards of professionalism and consistency.
